How we help you study abroad
Every student we meet has a different starting point: a 12th-standard student choosing a first degree, a graduate weighing up a one-year master's in the UK, or a working professional going back to study. We start with a free profile assessment and then stay with you, step by step:
- Profile assessment – your marks, English level, budget and goals, and an honest view of your options.
- University shortlist – courses that fit your academics and budget, with entry requirements and intakes checked.
- Applications – personal statement, references and documents, submitted on time for your intake.
- Offer and CAS – meeting your offer conditions, paying the deposit and getting your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies.
- Funds and documents – bank statements, education loan letters and sponsor letters checked against the visa rules before you apply.
- Visa application – the online form, the TB test and the biometrics appointment.
- Interview preparation – practice for the credibility interview, so you can explain your choices in your own words.
- Pre-departure – accommodation, travel and what to expect when you arrive.
You can read how the whole visa works on our UK student visa process page.
UK first – and five other countries
The UK is our main focus: a master's there usually takes one year and a bachelor's three. We also guide applications to universities in Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, so you can compare costs, course lengths and work rights before you decide. Start with studying in the UK or browse UK universities.
Visiting our Vadodara office
Our office is at 201-202 Sayma Avenue, near SBI Bank on Tandalja Road, in the west of the city. Students come to us from all over Vadodara – many families still call it Baroda – and from nearby towns.
For your first meeting, it helps to bring your 10th and 12th marksheets (and degree transcripts if you have them), your passport, any English test result, and a rough idea of your budget. Parents are welcome – decisions about studying abroad are usually family decisions, and we would rather answer everyone's questions together.
Our phone number, WhatsApp and opening hours are at the top of this page. Call or message us before you come, so the right counsellor is free to see you.
Honest advice, in person
A consultant cannot get you a visa – UK Visas and Immigration decides every application. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and honest: that your course makes sense for your background, that your money has been held for long enough, and that your documents tell the same story as your answers. Because we sit across the table from you, we can check original documents and spot problems early, and our head office in London keeps us close to how UK universities and visa rules work.
Start with a free profile assessment
Your first profile assessment is free, and there is no obligation to use our services afterwards. It is the quickest way to find out which countries, courses and universities are realistic for you – and what to do next. Book it online, call or WhatsApp us, or simply visit the office during opening hours.
