How we work with Bharuch students
We do not have an office in Bharuch, and we will not pretend to. Instead, we combine online counselling with visits to our Vadodara office, which is close enough for a day trip when a face-to-face meeting helps.
Most of the work happens online. Your first profile assessment is a video call, at a time that suits you and your family. After that, we share your university shortlist, review your statement of purpose and check your documents over email and WhatsApp, and we talk through each decision on a call. You do not need to take days off college to plan your studies.
Handling your documents online
You send us clear scans or photos of your marksheets, passport, English test result and bank documents. We check that names and dates of birth match everywhere, that nothing is missing, and that your money will meet the visa rules on the day you apply. If something needs fixing – a spelling difference on a certificate, or a bank letter in the wrong format – we tell you early, while there is still time to sort it out in Bharuch.
Keep your originals safe at home. You will need them for your visa appointment, and we are happy to look at them if you visit the office.
Visiting our Vadodara office from Bharuch
Vadodara is about 75 km from Bharuch – roughly an hour and a half by road on the highway, and trains are often quicker. Our office is near SBI Bank on Tandalja Road; the directions and map are on our Vadodara page.
An office visit is worth the trip when:
- your parents want to meet the people handling your application;
- you want us to check original documents before your visa appointment;
- you would like to practise for the credibility interview face to face.
Everything else can be done online.
Getting ready in Bharuch
Some things are best started early, close to home:
- Passport – apply or renew early; your name must match your marksheets.
- Bank documents – your funds must stay in the account for 28 days in a row before you apply, so talk to your bank in good time.
- TB test – applicants from India staying six months or more need a certificate from a Home Office-approved clinic; GOV.UK lists the approved clinics.
- English test – if your university asks for one, book your test date early.
Where Bharuch students apply
The UK is our main focus, but we also guide applications to Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Read how the UK student visa process works, or start with studying in the UK.
