You share scans of your marksheets, passport, English test result and financial documents, and we check them the way a visa officer would: do the names and dates match, is anything missing, does the money meet the rules on the day you will apply? Problems found early are easy to fix; problems found by the Home Office lead to refusals.

We also review your statement of purpose and help you explain your course choice in your own words – the same story you will tell in a credibility interview.

When a visit to Vadodara helps

Vadodara is about 110 km from Ahmedabad – around two hours on the expressway, and there are frequent trains. You do not need to visit, but some families prefer to:

• meet the counsellor handling the application before paying a deposit;
• have original documents checked before the visa appointment;
• practise the credibility interview face to face.

Planning your money

Your profile assessment is free. For the visa, you need to show your unpaid first-year course costs plus living costs of £1,171 a month outside London or £1,529 a month in London, for up to nine months – and the money must stay in the account for 28 days in a row. The money can come from your savings, a parent's account or an education loan; we check that your evidence meets the rules before you apply.
